All our Mackerel is brought ashore by fishing vessels using RSW-technology.
The Mackerel season in Norway is from August to March, and fat content is between 18%–30%.
The grading of Norwegian Mackerel is usually in terms of sizes:
150 - 250g per piece
200 – 400g per piece
300 – 500g per piece
400 – 600g per piece
600g + per piece
